No worries haha! Yes I found it on the bay. There was one that showed up that same day for a really good price of $450 (perhaps this is the one you mean labelo?) but I’d already negotiated with a trusted seller I’ve used 10-12 times to do an off bay purchase for the one that he had listed. Doing so I was able to shave a good piece off the bay price.

I bought it in Paris, and I knew it was ment for me the moment I saw it - have used it very much , very easy to make it green/ burgundy/ blue. I have not seen this in this forum, dont know why. English/ american is not my first language, so bear over with me The name of the scarf is "Selle d´officier en grande tenue". I am deep down in the orange H rabbit hole, and it is good to know that I am not alone

My 1st scarf of the new season arrived yesterday and spent the entire day on my neck! I failed to take a photo but am sharing the yellow washed Zambeze with two other yellows in my collection. I am delightfully surprised to find that a washed scarf can be this vivid.

Dark colors such as deep purple or burgundy work so much better for me than black, but these shades seem to be scarce in Hermes scarves. So I was pleased to find this dipdye in aubergine and wine recently. The feel of the dipdye is amazing as well.

I get dirt marks on the fold lines like that with regular scarves. I am wondering if washing and ironing with help some? It does with fold marks in regular scarves.

I think the 50/50's "on the diagonal" rather than straight across are easier to work with. With the diagonal split, you have the option to totally hide one half of the scarf (in cowboy tie) if you want. With the straight across split you always must show both halves (I think?).

Looks fab on you! In the photos, the 2 color ways "read" fairly similarly to me, with the brightness/contrast knob turned up more for the orange one. They are both lovely.

thanks, sweetie. I periodically think, "aaah, this is my favorite format" only to go back and fall in love with another all over again. Been there with 90s, then 70s, then 140s. At the end of last year, as you know, I nearly lost my d*** mind over 140 moussies. And now back to 90s!
