We are twins on about half of these. My Armeria tends to stay asleep in the drawer. That poufy knot showing the mountain zebra is excellent!
I hear you, moma. Sadly I have paid over the odds on some of the scarves in my collection. I may still do that on occasion, but only for a few select grails I have left on my list (and in the right colorway).

Until very recently, I had never paid more than current retail price, and most of my resale acquisitions were below current retail. Recently, I paid a few dollars ($15, $35) more than the current retail price for two scarves. Now I routinely see very high markups, e.g., $420 at H, $650 at resale, and I will not, for any reason, buy at those prices.
You look glamorous, Bova, and such a gorgeous pop of color. Your scarf ring is lovely, too.
I admire you, karenska. 90s especially get marked up wildly. I have paid over retail on several, usually not more than $100. Sadly, that has been usually, not never.
