I have several H ties bought either from the resale market or from the H sale. They are strictly "for fun" buys at low prices.
The panda tie is made from very soft silk, so it can easily squeeze into the ring. I wouldn't be able to do this with the heavy jacquard ties.

I’m woefully behind. It’s been hot and humid in Texas and Christmas weekend is supposed to be in the 80s. Not a lot of scarf wearing for me. Today was an odd cooler day so I took advantage and threw on something green. I don’t have any holiday scarves so a flying zebra is as festive as it gets.
