These are all stunning and so very different @Cookiefiend! That jacquard! And the Galop is so dramatic. Love the way you tied it with the anneau at the bottom...

"Pucci-esque" is such a good description of Leas Ailes @Croisette7 and thank you for the compliment on Le Pegase. A slightly gray white-- not as bright a contrast but a joy to tie, which was such a nice bonus.

Sharing Cavalcadour Rayur for the theme. Love this so much and it too caught up with me through the nail biting process of mail forwarding! Thank you USPS for coming through despite address changes and confusions. Bonus: the grayish green and reddish pink are sort of on Holiday point too!

Thank you @MAGJES! I too gave it a pass and then regretted it once I tried the 140 wash and saw this on so many TPFers. Found it at slightly below retail but you are right, it is hard to find in any cw now.

Thank you @hotgalaxy! I have worn my new CSGMs far more than I thought in this warm and humid climate but they work well for evenings and indoor refrigeration-- er, air conditioning.

Thank you so much @Cookiefiend! I wanted a shawl with a classic H pattern (Cavalcadour Fleuri was what I was hunting for) but this came up at a super reasonable price so I jumped and am very happy. As to hair, well it is 98% humidity here-- good for volume but no styling need apply as it all turns to frizz anyway! There's about a ten minute window and then pffft...

This is one of my favorite designs ever! The vignettes in the corners are so charming and the umbrellas and parasols encircling the center are fabulous and fun. We have just such an umbrella holder right outside out front door. In New Orleans, the "second line" tradition of dancing with your parasols is still in force at weddings and almost every special occasion so I have been on the lookout for this one but it doesn't seem to come up. Just wonderful @Croisette7!

A wedding "Second Line" -- bride and groom with umbrellas and champagne dancing to the brass band and all the guests will follow. Sometimes small decorated umbrellas are provided to guests as favors (I did this for my daughter's bridal shower). There's also a funeral second line. In both cases it is intended as a joyful celebration of life.

Here is my planned SOTD. I love the repeating lines on the border of this most happy design: Beloved India. I am trying to find my Elephant brooch (inspired by all y'alls wonderful accessories). So maybe I will post again later!
