Scarves Scarf of the Day 2021 - Which Hermès scarf are you wearing today?

Fishin’ today on a big blue beast (I have a very healthy respect for the ocean) wearing Flamingo Party.


Had a wee calamity on the way out and I was doused by a wave, so I had to wash my scarf... and I’m not at home so I had to improvise a place to dry it!

(She’s at her favorite kennel, where they spoil her and she gets to run)

Earlier I posted a couple of shots of my Tigre Royal Fleuri. Christiane Vauzelles is the artist of such gorgeous wildlife designs as Caraibes, Cols Verts, and of course, the iconic Tigre Royal. And we can’t forget the adorable Les Leopards, a design for which I eagerly keep my eyes open, seeking my perfect cw and format. She also created non-wildlife designs such as Cheval Turc, Roseraie, and Carrousel.According to CarredeParis, she did not sign her work. I present some internet photos of Ms. Vauzelles’ wildlife designs. Please show us yours!

About to head out for a vet visit to pick up some prescriptions and realized the shawl I’m throwing on happened to be on theme this week! Sorry nothing complicated - I think this might be my first contribution to a SOTD thread! I’m always lurking in awe of the collections and beautiful knots in these threads, and I’ve still a long way to go!

Simple is always beautiful

Taking a break from wildlife to share my SOTD. It made an appearance today at the post office, the grocery store and the vet.
My little fur baby Winston had 5 teeth pulled.

Winston (white) is snuggled up and recovering next to his BFF “Baby” (yes - baby’s little tongue always rests on the outside of her mouth). Their blanket fits the wildlife theme!

Cats are such special creatures... so intelligent and sensitive... Beautiful furries!

Mischief thanks you, Fifi, and so do I. Cats are very special furballs. Smart, loving, loyal. Chiff was born in our home, having rescued Minette pregnant. He’s a pip. Very sweet but a fearsome hunter. He’s sneaky, too; that’s how he snuck, got lost or trapped. Broodji was a rescue from the streets, and paid us back by becoming the Watch Cat and House Manager . He was so intelligent and communicative. We adore them.
