OT scarf today for the Inauguration! Way back in the A/W 2020 thread, I asked for your impression of my (then) new gray Tresors de Medors, and someone responded that it struck her as a power scarf. So, rolling with that idea, and the fact that it's literally covered in chains, I dub it the "chain of command" scarf for today! (Thanks to @MaiTai for the knotting inspiration.)


And then I was cold and promptly switched back into a sweater.

Today I wore my special edition Cosmographia scarf, which was released in commemoration of the reopening of the San Francisco boutique. I'm American and felt that its red, white, and blue palette was fitting for Inauguration Day!

I started out with Wild Singapore for an early errand but now am babysitting
my sweet baby grandgirls.....100% silk is a big no no so I switched to a more baby friendly cashmere/silk.
I did end up tucking the ends away so it does not become a pull toy.

My darling prodigal son, Mischief (the feline currently known as ‘Chiff) is in the foreground and my darling Broodji, now an angel in Kitty Heaven. ‘Chiff has grown so close to me since his 80-hour disappearance (and our 80-hour nightmare) in early December. Our bond is deeper. It’s really extraordinary.

Cats are such special creatures... so intelligent and sensitive... Beautiful furries!

We have sunshine and blue skies here today. I'm wearing The Three Graces as celebration of this new Day. You can even see the sky reflected in my drop Tahitian pearls.
