Perfection - glad you found it!

Ooooo - another fun week ahead - thanks Bunny!

My pleasure! :ty:

A bit late for the baker's dozen. Here are the scarves I most love. I wear some of them a lot, as their condition shows. As I'm not a seasoned collector, there aren't many left in my drawers, but I hope they won't take offence !

Beautiful choices- I especially love that dreamy Coup de Fouet au Bloc in pink and blue.

Thanks Fifi! I can’t believe I got them mixed up. I know better!
The green one is JEU DE SOIE. I have it in Caramel as well.

Stunning on you MAGJES!

I Love both of these. What a great white hem on the Marine.

Thank you kindly! :hugs:

Thank you, depending on how it’s tied it is either very green or more gray!

Love This green version!

Thank you so much Agrume!

Another glorious riot of color! ❤

Beautiful post, scarf and garden ❤

Can’t wait to see it modeled, Agrume. It’s spectacular and a very ocean-like cw. Oh my!
orchard, I love your pink La Danse!

Congrats on your special edition, Agrume!

Thank you, Cookie!
It’s such a great design, especially for those of us that like to travel. Look at how beautifully it ties

OH how wonderful! You must share mod shots with us when you have a chance!

Ok, some serious Grails here! You are so lucky to own these... Your Urashima Taro is sublime and the Kyoto Marble is a dream

Perfection!! Congrats! All simply gorgeous

Love them both! But only the top one is Le Tour de Monde... beautiful Cws

Such a marvelous design... I’ve always said that there were no bad CWs of this one and you have proved it

What a great ending to the week! That Phoenix is one of my Ultimate Grails... Exquisite!

So incredibly gorgeous

All simply amazing... I almost includes the Pivoines in mine because it is a masterpiece... Your collex of multiples is amazing

Oh so many beauties!

a gorgeous colour combination, and your blue top sets it off!

Good morning Scarflandia! I hope you enjoyed choosing your 13 (designs? scarves? designers? ) However you managed it, it was a fun week. Now it is time to make a shift to the new theme!

20 Jun 2021 Borrowed from the Boys: Men’s scarves, men on scarves and cws mostly associated with men

If you needed another opportunity to bend your scarf drawer around a theme, this week will give you some fun options for pulling more favorites along whether they are in more masculine color schemes, feature a fabulous dude like Pani la Shar, or are directly from the men's department.

I'll start this Father's Day off with a few favorite scarves from the men's collections that I have (and then I'll be phoning my own Dad to wish him a very happy day  ).

I love the cotton and cotton/silk formats so much, and wish they would allocate some full designs to this fiber combo, but until then, there's always shopping in the guy's domain for me.

One of the last ones I bought in the men's section was Vincent Leroy's Reve du Mechanique Elementaire a couple of years ago in a deep marine blue with white contrast hem. The cotton has become so very soft in the last couple of years. It's a real pleasure to wear.

And there is always Ugo Gattoni! When I bought this Bains d'H as a surprise find at a boutique in 2017, I never imagined it would still look brand new after several years of wear!

So haul out you men's section scarves! Or if you don't have any, then maybe some color schemes that work for either gender, or something else that celebrates "masculine" this week? Let your imagination go and run with it!
Thank you for taking over the hosting, Bunnycat ! Love your Bains, especially the greeny green!

This is wonderful! Was the colours the only difference in this special edition? Or does it also include some writing to commemorate the date? :flowers:
Thank you, Julide, and no, no special writing. They did include a lovely card with some information on this edition. If you are interested, I can post a picture.

Fabulous intro Bunny! One of my fav departments. If you don’t mind reposts. I would love to share. It’s just too darn hot here to even think about wearing a scarf.:sweatdrop:
Great collection of men’s scarves, Julide!

Thank you for the introduction to Men's Week, @bunnycat .

My SOTD is La Danse des Chevaux double face scarf from the Men's department. I tried a couple of different knots. I think I'm going with the asymmetric knot for the day.

These are gorgeous. I’ve always wanted to see someone show the Jardins de Soie CSGM in that colorway. I continue t be tempted by it. I love those colors together.
Thank you, Magjes. I love orange and blue. Those colours make me think of the Mediterranean Sea, of sunrises and sunsets in summer. When I saw this colourway of Jardins de Soie at the boutique, I couldn't resist !

Such a marvelous intro, Bunny! And lots of food for thought as I peruse my scarves... I don’t think I’ve ever seen your first scarf and I love the color and graphics! And, I never realized that Bains d’Hermes was a men’s scarf! Such a glorious silk!

I am very behind. I’ll list the rest. My fav and most used cgsm Jardin de Soie ( and oddly I say this with two of my grail Parures de Samourais , n Ive had 4 )
View attachment 5115509One of my most used 90’s. I guess because of the black and highlight red color going with so much. Regarde Paris.
View attachment 5115510

Flowers category has a tie. ( tho I could have a tie for each season of flower scarves lol) My most used summer scarf and most used flower scarf. Put it on whenever I wear white and it’s not too hot for a scarf. Giverny

My most OMG it’s too beautiful to wear even. L’ombre des pivoines
View attachment 5115514
My fav gavroche. La Danse. I paid over retail I loved it so. Reminds me so much of museum sculptures and paintings of Degas.
View attachment 5115518
Scarves I must love the most because I have multiple colorways And almost treat them with kid gloves. Some still tags attached. Parures de Samourais ( 3 90’s, 2 Cgsm) Into the Canadian Wild ( 4) and Les Artisans ( 3 Thinking of getting 4th). My fav colorways of each.
