When I opened the box for this scarf, it brought home to me exactly why sellers warn that the colour you see on your screen may not be the true colour of the scarf. I truly when the ultraviolet of this Mosaique gave me an instant suntan. I put it aside as a mistake and didn't look at it again until the very purple Temari got me more comfortable with ultraviolet.

I don't own any scarves I would consider to be purple, but wearing this Plumes en Fete with the right sweater really brings out the purple undertones in the blues.

Off theme, but today’s scarf, tresors de medor twilly with heart scarf ring. I visited three stores to find it, clocking up an impressive 22,000 steps that day, traipsing DD from Royal Exchange to Cadogan Place and on to Bond Street.
