Hola Scarflandia!

It seems like forever since I've been on Scarf Mistress duty but I am back this week! And I'll just go ahead and say this theme has been left WIIIDDEEE open for fun! Put on your interpretations hats to get the most fun and use out of it.

Yes- that's right! You can 1) wear any color you want or 2) try and get as many colors as you can on one scarf if you feel like rooting through your collection and giving yourself a challenge (hello- l'Arbre du Vie fans!) or maybe 3) challenge yourself to wear a different color of the rainbow every day here or ????? Get out your ROYGBIV thinking caps for whatever else you can whip up!

I will admit that I was going to try to start us off for the week with 7 colors in moussie form, but don't QUITE have full rainbow coverage as yet...

(PS- this took me a couple of weeks to get enough pics prepped for the week. )

View attachment 4483012 I want to share my first photo, but, oh, dear! I do not know how to do this very well! Here is Legende Kuna Peuple de Panama twilly in fabulously bright colors with a black background, tied as a necklace with the medor pyramid trio, a knot between each (two knots). The pic doesn’t do justice, but it really looked nice at my cousin’s lil girl’s 2nd birthday party. And I ‘confessed’ my H-scarf passion to my one cousin, when she remarked on the necklace. I have been discreetly wearing scarves to events but no one has said anything. So I decided to take the plunge and ‘reveal’ my little secret . I am a scarfie!! She asked me what it was that drew me to them, to which I replied something about their variety and endless beauty.
That’s a seatbelt, BTW. And those medors are weighty.

Gorgeous! You gotta own it! It took ~10 years but I finally started talking about this passion. Not to the extent of the purse forum, but not feeling guilty when someone notices.

Very elegant!

Thank you for a fun intro. I am actually surprised you don’t have mousselines in each color... something to work on?

Here is the ful! Rainbow of colors all in one scarf. Myth Phoenix moussie stole.View attachment 4483202 View attachment 4483203 View attachment 4483204

Hi there !
My actual sotd (not on theme) ! Dragon Flash - so easy to wear

Thanks you AnnaE! (Not quite yet. Blue and purple seem to escape me still....though my PduV does have pretty violet edges and Mythiques Phoenix is a color riot.)

I was interested in the bleu chine cw, but it wasn't in yet, and this rose red captured my heart.

Personally, I think the red CW is the best one :)

Squeaking in at the last moment since @scarf1 reminded us about Millefleurs de Mexique:

One of my favorite in your collection!

Yes, a monument to an astronaut /cosmonaut, at the top part of the scarf.View attachment 4482925
P.S. I love your awesome dragon losange! ;)

Nice find

also chiming in with arbre du vent before the new theme starts  so many lovely examples of this scarf here

I always find this combination of shades of blue and white very elegant, and Hermes always does it well.

Welcome! That is a fun way to do a summer necklace (assuming you are in the northern hemisphere).

Holsby, how do you use your medor trio?
I digged in my drawer and found - not a medor trio, but a bolduc trio. It is called Twilly Bijou Bolduc. I have used all three on a twilly and they stay in place. They are narrow and not as heavy as the medor. I have also used one as a twilly ring.

As a necklace. The bijou pieces are narrow and stay in place.

Thank you! It has become a favorite. It did take a while to get it working "correctly" but now I couldn't do without it.

Those are so cool Holsby!

I feel both charmed and flummoxed that I love so many rainbow colors in my silks. Looking over my collection, a lot more rainbows than I thought!

Thanks bunny. I’d be remiss if I didn’t add Feux d’Ciel which I wore for Fourth of July.
