I have had multiple broken bones in lower extremities (sports injuries) and continued to work out carefully through all of them, avoiding the injured part. Each time the doctor said it was the quickest healing they had ever seen as per X-rays (different doctors, too). So hopefully, you moving around before diagnosis will help heal quickly!

(With soft tissue injuries though, I am staying at home and resting. Those are harder.)

That’s what a doctor told me! Better circulation and muscle contraction helps heal a bone as long as there is no pressure directly on the bone...

Moma, this was my HG and my latest scarf mail. It is also my one and only silk jersey - magical in many ways, not least of which is its escape artistry! Slithers right off me when I don't keep an eye on it :giggle:

I am sooo sorry about your poor foot. How long will you have to have the air cast? Ugh...
