Finally home for a while now and can feel less scattered! I have several twins and fraternal as well - some the result of sales goggles and some are ones I love and felt it was meant to be.
Because I have several, I’ll try to put them together so I don’t clog the thread up!

So many lovelies! Think that offrandes dJ is my favorite. And they look so wonderful worn together.

Just spent some time going through my scarf drawers organizing and picking out the ones that needed ironing / washing. Here are a few that work with this week’s theme: (apologies for not the best natural light!)

Ciels Byzantines, an original-issue jacquard, a twill gavroche, and a mousseline gavroche.

Two Herbier de Gavarnie, both jacquard.

I'm sure I've posted before, but Fleurs de Giverny:

I think this CW is all spring, just when the cherry blossoms pop and everything leafs out all at once:
View attachment 4405299

This one is summer, when the air is hot and bright:

View attachment 4405300

And now I break my seasonal analogy with, "Hello, I am RED and will be your waiter tonight. May I recommend the retina-searing appetizer?":

View attachment 4405305

Spring is sproinging today (tho it's still cold), so I'm wearing the first scarf:

I love your pink FI! And your Offrandes are to die for, especially when worn together!
Thank you so much! The pink FI is a favorite - such a soft cw!

We are twins! Love this scarf. And I have mine because of @Pirula's enabling pix. It will look great on the wall!

@momasaurus yayy!! Happy to be your twin on this one, I loved the colors.

Love this CW!

@scarf1 thanks! me too! BTW I have been drooling over your posts lately, your collection is phenomenal.

I think it looks great on you. If you ever decide to wear it, you can look to many of our fav wearers for tips. I favourite of mine is to 'pleat' it on the bias (not fold, just roughly pleat diagonally) and tie the very ends (tight). Shame I'm not on the right computer but I have a ZP wav and the wings look lovely that way.

@papertiger thank you so much! I do think I could pull the colors off. I will try your tip to pleat it and tie the ends tight. We definitely have some people who look so chic with the gavs, it's so effortless! I think it's the attitude, I need to get confident and just wear it!

beautifully classic MoMaMo!

Love the gorgeous drama of it Fizzy!

Oooh- but what a really nice problem! I love your Dans Un J collection!

Beautiful bobkat! Love that sunny yellow on you!

Oh- that delicious moussie scarf1!
Thank you for your kind words, bunnycat.

Beautiful! Perfect for Spring.
MAGJES, thank you for the compliment!

I believe you were the one who told me about both this type of scarf existing *and* told me where to find it [emoji4] so thank you! I have been truly enjoying mine.

I am in NoCal, but know the heat probablem all too well. Unfortunately, I am not a bangle person, as I spend a lot of time at my computer, and the clanging against it drives me mad. Love them on others though! Jealous of these twillies too, I missed the boat on all of them.

Pfft it looks fine on your neck! But I can see it working well framed as well.
AnnaE, I DID enable you into buying yours, and you've done me proud by wearing it even better than I do! I sighed a happy sigh when I saw your picture!

So cute how you've tied it and a lovely sunny color!

oh dat moussie!!
Love!

It's adorable - both on your neck and it will be when framed!

Gorgeous and I'm so glad you found the red too!
Cookiefiend..girlfriend...thank you!

Beautiful and beautiful sentiments [emoji173]️

A week late for the theme but this is my SOTD since it was today's scarf mail!! Bought for the sole purpose of framing and since I can actually buy a frame that will fit it for a reasonable price! I tried to wear it for a second but my fat neck wasn't having it, I may not even be breathing in that photo haha.. which makes me feel better about framing it.

I love it, I'm so glad I pulled the trigger.

This Is a super size for you! Perfect on your (slender, not fat) neck! (But it will look great framed too...)

Hi, all! Wearing my red Quadrige Perforé today. I picked up an orange one at the Taipei airport this winter, and liked it so much that I asked my SA to find me a red one as well (after someone here alerted me to a red one existing). I have been wearing these quite a bit as they make for a generally easy pairing with patterned McQueen dresses I have been favoring. View attachment 4405025

Beautiful red! Just the right touch for McQueen.

Off-theme SOTD. Sieste is such a brilliantly saturated and colorful scarf, but I end up gravitating folding it to show off this neutral border most of all. View attachment 4405082

Gorgeous FR!
been choosing between the Gav MP and my new 70 tattoo MP
ended up wearing both!!

I love those together! Great pairing of fraternal twins!

Gorgeous Equateur family Croisette!

Beautiful MoMaMo!

Fraternal twins with @FugitiveRouge today in my Sieste au Paradis 90cm silk.

My SOTD is Kimonos et inros, 90 cm. Trying to bring back Spring on this brisk day! Photo from today, a couple past photos, then to stay on theme, a couple archive photos of her twin CSGM, one of my grails :flowers:

This is a more unusual pair of fraternal twins. Sort of like what the Chinese call a dragon-phoenix pair (a boy and a girl). On the left is Les Fetes du Roi Soleil by Michel Duchene. On the right is Puzzle by Francoise Heron. Take a look at the winged rider in the lower left corner of both scarves, and the two men and a horse at the centre top. Notice the similarities? I'm guessing both designers had the same source material.

Thanks, AnnaE and bunnycat! This scarf is interesting with the hyper-natural stones and artificially flat background, and was really easy to throw on for a tired Monday morning.

Glad to! This is an archive shot. I think it gets the red just about right:
