I have enjoyed every last one of thesereminders of sunnier days! I was disheartened this week as I thoughtI did not have any yellow scarves. I was wrong! I grabbed the mousseline first but because the weather looked sunny and warm, I had to go back to put a CSGM on top of it...and it was yellow!! I had completely forgotten about this beauty. So sad as it is perfect for a brisk spring day!

Bringing up the rear with yellow-checkered-ringed l’Hiver en Poste— styled to show off my favorite Footman with the snow building on his coat’s front.
This scarf has more yellow than originally planned, I think, as a lot of the snow is Yellowish. Maybe nicotine from prior owner, smoking since 1975? Another wash in the works for this baby!

I don’t think this design is that popular, yet it’s so wonderful, especially in this warm and rich CW!

These beautiful fun colorways jump off the page. Design + cw are perfect! My favorite of 2019.

LOL! And so the story begins! (Can't wait to see!) (BTW- good luck! MrBcat is colorblind, so I am always hopeful that he actually doesn't even notice when I have a new scarf....I doubt that I am successful, but think he is too polite to burst my bubble....)

Mr. PG is colorblind too! Well, he does see color, he doesn't see the world in all grey, but red & green look the same to him unless he squints, and so do blue & purple. Whereas yellows vibrate unpleasantly. So when he goes to the H boutique with me to help me select a scarf, it's always an "adventure."

Well - is this week cut out for me or what?
While I don’t have any Ugo Gattoni or Jan Bajtlik scarves… yet… (we could spend a whole week on just one Ugo’s scarves), I’ve several scarves with the silly and the cray cray!
And the cute of course!

I’ll start the week with La Maison des Oiseaux Parleurs! Monkeys on elephants! Crocodiles! Wildly feathered birds!
