Talk about unmanaged mischief. I was only supposed to pick up online purchases that I had delivered to the store. The damage was already done, but I proceeded to do even greater damage.

*Note to @MotoChiq - Twillys and Rodeos don't count!!!

The additional damage - Graff (Graffiti) twilly and Dogon long wallet Rose Pourpre Evercolor (thanks @Ang-Lin for the encouraging "Get it!"...not that I needed it ;)):

*Note to @klynneann - I think this wallet will work for me.

I tried to get to the SF store a few weeks ago (as I had last visited in December)....but when I finished my meeting the "March for our lives" was in full swing so I ended up following the tide of the March towards my dinner plans (in the opposite direction) instead.

The same thing happened to me. I was only blocks away from the boutique, but traffic was at a stand still. So I turned around and head toward my dinner reservation instead!

Hi SF shoppers. I began shopping at the SF store this past January, and have really enjoyed the whole experience. However, I'm in San Jose, and it's hard to get into the city. I am hoping to switch to Palo Alto, and was wondering if anyone else is planning to switch, and what the best way to handle it is. My SA told me she's staying in SF and it is okay if I move to the PA store. Thanks!

Although Palo Alto is closer to me, I’m not planning on switching. I enjoy/don’t mind going into the city and my SA is also staying in SF. For you, that is a bit of a trek and it sounds like your SA understands the distance and has given her blessing. Go forth with confidence when you begin shopping at the Stanford store just as you did when you began in SF. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as well. Keep in mind though that Stanford will be smaller and may not get the inventory that SF would. May 18th!!!

I will choose and prioritise the sa connection over store location
What's the point going to a nearer but hopeless store haha

Don't see that it is a problem at all for you to switch to PA. I only know of one SF SA who is planning to make the move, but would expect that there are others. After all, H would not be opening another Bay Area boutique if they didn't expect some customers to make the switch! Even if you become PA primary, no reason you can't also shop in SF if the occasion arises.

Sounds like you have only been with your SF SA for a few months anyway. Go to the boutique convenient to you. I would lurk a couple of times to check out the SAs and their styles and then start working with the one that you click with. You won't be the only one switching.

Thank you for your advice, @bagidiotic , @cocomlle , and @Luvbolide !

That is all very helpful. I think I'll try seeing if there is anyone I connect with in Palo Alto, and then visit SF when I can. I really do like my SA there. Hopefully the store in PA has some inventory. I've yet to even ask for a Birkin/Kelly. I've been having fun getting casual bags and other stuff, like a swimsuit and towel for an upcoming trip.
