Also, is the expectation that Friday will be slammed or would you all expect it to be a normal shopping day since the invitation-only event is the evening before?

Yes, they will be slammed. Huge new store, with lots of newly trained SAs, and several folks from corporate to help out. If you haven’t done so already, you can ask to make an appointment with your SA.

I did ask for an appt but my SA is not responsive frustrating, may take the chance to switch to someone new based on who's most helpful tomorrow... or is that an insane idea? I'm relatively new to shopping in store.

I thought from reading other things that the scarves were open to anyone who wants one (in person on the opening day) - is that correct or not? Please let us know since that will affect whether I want to make the drive

I’m no scarf expert, but I believe “limited edition” scarves (for store openings and re-openings) are open to anyone.

Did anyone already purchase the limited edition scarf 90 or Twilly and can share a photo? I have a far drive up the city and afraid the scarf might be too similar to the regular Cosmographia colorways. Thx in advance!

The shipment of scarves didn’t come in. SM said they should arrive next week. You can ask your SA to reserve one, although they may already be taking orders (and receiving payment) now.

I believe you can order by phone and ship it, but they are so busy now that you might want to wait.
