Looks nice. I guess they charge the extra fee differently. I paid $12 for regular and then another $19 for the express. [emoji52]
Would you be able to post more photos of the organizer unzipped, and then the outside of the bag? I was thinking of this one, but maybe asking for these dimensions 14 W instead of 15, maybe 6.5 D, and 7 H. Would you think with these dimensions the organizer would still work nicely in the bag?

this shows the side with the tech pocket. My paid mini and kindle and the neverfull clutch fit here
This is the other side : 3 pockets- easily fit my car key cles (from the mens line) center can fit Kleenex and I put my amarante key pouch in vernis in the other pocket.
Inside can have a clemence wallet, a Milla clutch, Both pochette accessories and mini pochette, a cosmetic pouch, on one side there are 2 pockets i have a monogram cles in there a pen in the center and another cles in the other pocket. The opposite wall has 3 pockets. i have headset, mirror and phone charger with wires in there. I dont carry bottles of water but there are 2 slots in here. So I have placed my PM agenda in one and will use the other for sunglasses.
Soo I sent request for a custom one (oct2) while I was waiting for this one to arrive. I have an MM and a GM. I use the GM for travel and the MM was a tote style handbag. When I am traveling I want the zip for security and also not to hold up the line when if items travel out of the bag dieting screening. I feel like there is so much space that isn't used the height of the standard insert and so in this case I at least wanted it to come up to the pocket zippers in the neverfulls. Any way here was the response

By going smaller, i assume you are looking for extra space to carry something else? or cinch? there is really room in there to carry a light laptop even with the organizer in there, if you don't over stuff the organizer. You can also use the tech pocket. I can still place my 2012 13" Retina MacBook Pro in some the bag, with iPad and kindle in tech pocket. But my shoulders can't deal with that much weight .
But absolutely, because it is made from lightweight material it is very flexible. So if you shorten the width presumably to cinch it in, it is doable even with this size organizer

I ordered the Samorga that fits the Neverfull GM and if I want to cinch the sides I still can.hope that helps!
