I just ordered one on 3/15 and noticed that same day that i miss spelled the last letter for my city. I quickly contacted them but no reply. A week and a half goes by and I email them again but still no reply. I only received an email regarding the delay. What should I do?
I sent many emails with no response. I finally sent a teply to the delay email that he sent and I got a response with tracking info. Did you reply to the delay email?
I had the same problem and someone on Facebook mentioned that they raised a complaint via PayPal within 12 hours I had a response and a tracking number!!
I genuinely think she can't keep up with the demand and sheer volume of orders.
Received my organizer yesterday which was ordered on 3/8! They had finally responded to my emails and sent me the tracking number just yesterday. It took exactly 2 weeks to receive it from when it was shipped. I got the brown organizer for my speedy b 25. It's not a perfect match but close enough.
For those questioning the Smorga shipping, I emailed them and they replied within 24 hours with my tracking number. I think it's a very small company that may need a little organization or help in getting those tracking numbers out. I try to not be too hard on small companies, so I sent a polite email asking for any updates possible and got a quick response.
The organizers are lovely so I hope they can get their game together and not go under.
