Here is a secret I learned. A great way to stretch the calf part of any boot to make it a tad looser or even the foot part of any shoe- use a hair dryer to heat up the leather so that it is pliable. Then put the shoe on and let the leather mold to your foot/calf. I know it won't work on everything, but it has work for me (with suede and leather shoes)!
