I am kind of feeling like I hope it does cancel because at this point it's a bit frustrating to have a pending LARGE amount (I purchased a Saint Laurent bag with Gucci Sneakers) and I am feeling like my money is just being held hostage. It has been a week for me too! My other purchases when Covid-19 was REALLY hitting the states strong seemed like it was processing rather quickly. By no means am I trying to rush the workers, I'm just a bit annoyed with the lack of update by customer service when I call in regards to the order or a simple email letting me know about the delay.
