Yes, I asked her to ask the manager and she texted she would, but has never gotten back to me. I texted her again on Thursday and she replied she didn't get a chance to ask yet. It seems to me there is no question I should get the discount, because I asked for them during F&F and they couldn't get them. Why the heck were they on line then?

You are so correct, it's their loss. They should be more inclined to want to assist and keep you as a client. I would drop my SA if she / he had me repeatedly ask her / him to honor something that was purchased during a specific event. Hope you find an SA who treats you like you deserve to be treated.
