Yes, I asked her to ask the manager and she texted she would, but has never gotten back to me. I texted her again on Thursday and she replied she didn't get a chance to ask yet. It seems to me there is no question I should get the discount, because I asked for them during F&F and they couldn't get them. Why the heck were they on line then?

Maybe it was meant to be..............or not meant to be, LOL!

You are so correct, it's their loss. They should be more inclined to want to assist and keep you as a client. I would drop my SA if she / he had me repeatedly ask her / him to honor something that was purchased during a specific event. Hope you find an SA who treats you like you deserve to be treated. Hope you have an amazing holiday season and find some wonderful deals with all the black Friday / Cyber Monday sales. Take care. fally

I'm not sure if you shop at the 5th ave store but I usually have bad luck there. Most of the associates at the counter work for the brand and not Saks. From my knowledge, the discount codes are send to people who subscribe to their emails. It has nothing to do with how much you spend. I don't even have a Saks store account or their loyalty card but I get the discounts because I get their spam emails. I think the gift cards in the mail are based on your purchases. Pretty sure they're a separate system. I've chatted with the 5th ave store associates about how when I ordered a pair of Ippolita earrings online they didn't come with any packaging whatsoever. I got a crappy plastic bag, which is quite disappointing for a pair of $500 earrings. She said that she has no idea what goes on online.

Yes, I shop at the Fifth Ave store.

Seems an odd way to distribute discounts. Oh well.

That's a disgrace that Ippolita would come unpackaged. I own a few Ippolita and love the brand.

I received a 20% off promo and when I tried to use it, I got a prompt that the code had already been used. I chatted with a CS rep and they gave me the name of the person who used the code--I had no idea who the person was. I didn't post my code on a website and fully intended to use it. The CS rep said each person gets one code and marketing wouldn't have given out the same code to multiple people. I immediately checked my credit card statements and nothing was out of place so I've been trying to find an explanation for what happened. I was wondering if this has ever happened to one of you? Thanks!

I hope they gave you another code seeing that it was not you that used it.

do the promo codes apply to stuart weitzman boots?

Hello Bihoon Bloomingdales was offering 25% off all day on thanksgiving in the states and it was applicable towards S.W. boots. If you can get on the site and apply the code TURKEY then it will take 25% off your boots even regularly priced items. So sorry I did not alert you earlier. Perhaps they will run the same promo on 11/27/15. Please check the site before 4 am eastern standard time.
