Saks bag order frustration - advice??

Well I think a dustbag is important, I like to store my seasonal bags in their dust bags and this is a seasonal bag. I also always use them when I travel. And I've never had a problem getting a dustbag with a purchase before.

So as an update I was promised a call on Monday by a nice-sounding customer service manager. By Wednesday I still hadn't received a call so I called Saks customer service and spoke to yet another manager. I got him to price match the current price of the bag, so I will be getting a credit for about $100. I'm pretty happy with that and my time is worth money so I don't see a problem with getting a discount or something for making four phone calls - after all if I was billing a client as an attorney those four phone calls would be worth much more than $100.

But what I'm annoyed with is the fact that this manager claimed the dustbag has been express mailed on Tuesday and I still haven't received it?!? Its been three weeks since I ordered the bag and first called them about this, I'm going to double check to make sure it hasn't been received by Monday afternoon and then I guess I'm calling, again....

I usually only shop at Neimans and as my first internet/phone order from Saks I can't say that is has been a good experience.
