It's amazing how the same bag can differ...all my munchkins (SBS) are stiff as anything! Mind you I have all the bags out in the shop to find the stiffest version :giggles:

We need Collonil to invent a Viagra spray for bags....." VIBAGRA apply several light coats for immediate stiffness - lasting for hours........

That's an idea for dragons den moo......would be great if its multi-purpose and worked on my own leathery saddle bags too.!

Well ladies, I took her out today but used her as my work bag and had A4 folders in plus filofax and LV large wallet. It did the trick in that she no longer sags and stands up, but she's bloody heavy........

Oh well at least I enjoyed using her will just have to make sure if I take my laptop too, smallish as it is, I may need to remove some folders or I can't close her never mind lift her.....
