I just picked mine up! There is no lock and it feels substantially lighter, which I love. I agree that they should update the pics on the website.

I actually just returned it for th Dark Denim color. I could not get past the hardware color on the saddle. The handles and bag are the same color. I cannot remember if the zipper is or not. It is a stunning bag, just could not get past the hardware color.

The hardware is labeled as Black Copper. I just love the brass look and the black copper was not for me.
