@NYCNu2Hermes I hope you get a 21. I love mine for its elegance and masculinity. It will fit a lot (Togo is resilient and flexible) of the needs you list here for exploring a new city. Obviously if you are thinking of buying lots of souvenirs during your outings and carrying larger objects you would have to consider a larger bag. The 21 in Barenia Faubourg is especially beautiful.

Hello! No difference in leather color (both are Togo in Noir), only in the hardware. The 21 is lacquered palladium and the sac à dépêches has encrusted leather over brushed silver!

Maybe a trick with the lighting, but the left bag looks brown while the right bag looks noir. Could it be Caban?

It’s the lighting. They’re both Noir as ordered direct from Hermès.
