Unfortunately, the Tysons store (in my experience), has been really unhelpful out of all the Chanel stores I have dealt with - especially if you are looking for something in particular. You are better off trying the Chanel store inside the Tysons NM, or the Chanel stores inside the Friendship Heights Saks/NM.

Have only Thursday and Saturday to look for some wishlist items and as there are a few Chanel's, don't want to be doing the run around as I have in the past. Any recommendations? I have been working with the same SA at Saks for almost a decade, and she is fantastic. Her name is Melissa and she is out of the Saks in Troy, Michigan. She can source items for you from another other store in the country and I've gotten countless Chanel and LV items from her. She's also great about texting you for upcoming triple points and events.
