Since posting, I did see @innayourshoes (IG) has been recommended for Bergdorf, though I don't think she's only Chanel. I think she does multiple brands there. I haven't reached out to her yet

I actually know Inna. She is very sweet and professional, but she is at BG shoes not Chanel. She can’t do collection reserves :/
