Agree they are both terrible unless you’re a longggg time client. They blow everyone else off & lie about stock all the time.

Yes! I’ve been lied to about stock by Thomas :/ Only knew the truth bc I called them and spoke with a diff associate who said 3 units were available. Not sure why he’d lose a sale when it’s not even a unicorn or hard to find piece to reserve aside. Agree that both have terrible response time or none at all. Do you know any good SA there?
