QE2's brooch at the Rememberance day event. Wow! Diamonds ❤️

Cartherines hat is so naff. I swear her mother in law ( God rest her soul) wore a hats like that in the 80's.

Sofie- she's looking good but that hair is dragging her down. Needs a good cut with some volume.

Madeleine at Valentino- absolutely stunning! Beautiful fit and age/event appropriate. IMO, she doesn't seem to get the evening events quite right.

The frilly whatever that thing is underneath Kate's coat ruins the look for me. It would have had clean lines without that. Sophie's neckline is far crisper and looks better to my eye.

Having said that, she can't win. If she smiles she gets slammed for not being somber enough, and when she's super serious she looks even more haggard. I agree that she's definitely not aging very well. No one in her family is really consistently stylish IMO, I find them all quite boring, especially her sister. I wish she had more of a wow factor, but can't help feeling her staid way of presenting herself was a factor in William choosing her. It's yawn after yawn from her unlike many of the other royal ladies that at least show a spark of something interesting. Perhaps Kate is simply as boring as her sartorial choices.

I like the ruffle under Kate's coat. I think that give interest in a way that Sophie's version was safe.
