Beautiful coat, badly accessorised. I like everything in their separate elements but altogether the black really drags the baby blue down - like wearing black sturdy leather shoes with a chiffon evening gown.

She looks miserable. I desperately want to give her a pair of gloves, put her hair up and even add a hat if possible just for warmth, also pants may be necessary.

Kate appears to me to be too cold (hormones making it harder to stand a chill?), and her hair is awful.

^ Agree with all of the above and what is worse is that I have never been a fan of hers. So, IMO every event could be one to prove me wrong but she usually falls short by a mile. That outfit looks like she just tossed it on and she could be any girl in the world and not a member of the BRF. Maybe that's bad, maybe it's good.

Very average, uninspired looks for both Kate and Will. There is no glow, no sparkle, just meh.
Isn't this shade of blue more a spring color? Considering the weather, her condition, and where they are going, pants would be much more appropriate.
