Just wanted to add my two cents about Molly since there's active discussions about her. I have recommended this bag so several tPFers and even considered buying multiple colors, something I NEVER do with bags. But I have to say I'm kind of falling out of love with her now.
When I first start using this bag, she sat up straight and seemed plenty roomy enough. But after a couple months of use, she's all slouchy and beautiful, but also short and fat. The base of her gets wider and wider which makes the sides get lower and lower. I have to admit I am not loving this look as much. She slouches so far in front, you can hardly even see the strip of leather around the base of the purse as she's sitting there. And I don't even have her that full! I have the UV and I love love love the color, but I'm slowly starting to think Molly will be on her way out soon. I am feeling more than ever that I should have stuck with the UV Candace. I like the slouch of the legacy bags, but Molly isn't that big to begin with and now she looks too squatty. She's still plenty roomy enough, but she seems so short and wide! I don't know, maybe it's just me. I love the way she looks when carried as a satchel, but let's face it, how much do we see ourselves actually carrying the bag? I see her most when she's on my desk at work or home and that's when I don't love her look anymore.
Does anyone else feel like this about their Molly? I almost started a thread about this, but I decided to post the question here first. I feel almost like I'm stabbing this beauty in the back by posting about her this way, lol!
I am wondering about how I'll feel about Rory because she'll get all slouchy too. But I feel more confident that I'll not mind as much since she's taller.
So confused guess ill see if I love the Candace when it arrives and maybe get another one on another color and a Molly so confused! Kinda upset because I was set on the Molly when I went into the boutique and the girl talked me out of it told me to get the rory and I even said to her I was unsure because of the size and she told me I'd hate the Molly its an awful shape and smaller then the julliet..but after I see people on here saying its bigger..would you happen to have both and have a side by side pic? Wish I could see one then I'd know for sure what to do she better not get annoyed withe when I exchange the rory she's the one who talked me into it
