I have a cognac Rory from fos. It's so lovely & slouchy! I think tpf'r KateV found a camel cb at her outlet recently. She did a reveal.

TY Zaara10! One more question, can you take the strap from the legacy duffle and use it on Molly? One of the things I like about Rory is the longer strap, but maybe if I could figure out how to make Molly more of a cross body, that size might work better for me. It looks like they both have buckle attachments but I wasn't sure if the strap width is different.

I think the duffle strap is a little bit wider but I'm not 100 percent sure. Checked mine...duffle strap is wider...good idea though.

hi Molly owners. I just ordered the tiurmaline Molly off of fos yesterday. Trying to determine true color as pictures I've seen are so different! Is it like a turquoise... more blue but a hint of green...unlike Robin? Tia!

As someone else mentioned, the duffle strap is wider and doesn't fit. I ordered a Molly about a month ago with the hopes of somehow making it a cross body bag, but ended up taking it back. I have an older Coach (around 2000) and that strap actually fit on the Molly and looked decent, but I found that Molly didn't sit very well as a cross body. The duffle is definitely more comfortable as a cross body.

However, when I returned Molly they told me you can individually purchase the Rory strap, so if the Rory and Molly straps are the same width then perhaps you could get a matching Rory strap to make your Molly a cross body. It was the SA in my local store that mentioned that. Good luck!

The Rory is way too big and long to suit my needs. I prefer e/w to n/s orientation in my bags. I hate having to dig way down to find something in a deeper bag. Molly is just about perfect for me. I have sig stripe black cherry and tourmaline is on its way!

I did get cognac Molly a while back
Ordered tourmaline last week... never seeing that color in person. Concerned it may be too bright for me. Someone told me they thought it was fluorescent. Your thoughts?

I tried like crazy to order that bag! Told me it was in "other members carts" for the better part of two hours and finally the "sold out" sign came up. I'm so late to the party on this one, just discovered the bag and think it's very pretty. Interested to see comments on the color.

Also, why is there no buy/sell on this site between members? It seems that for people that buy something they're not nuts over, that this would be the perfect audience to resell to.

That would be a question for the mods but I would imagine it's way more than they want to be involved in. The sheer scope of it would be impossible to manage with thousands of members. There are plenty of FB groups, bonanza, eBay, and other avenues available to buy and sell gently used bags.

I know lots of people wanted the Molly...and also understand they don't want this to turn into a selling forum. If I don't feel she suits me - I will let people know when I return to the outlet. I would definitely want a tpf member to have her!

And as soon as I posted I thought it may also have to do with their advertising support and not offending advertisers... xx
