Super bummed. Just noticed two huge chunks of sealant have come off of the strap on my pretty Rory. I've already contacted CS, and I've been directed to call Consumer Affairs tomorrow. Hope they can replace the strap, as I'd rather not send in for repairs. :-/

If you're looking for Rory's strap to be shorter, like Isabelle's strap, you could always double it up. Using the end holes would solve that piece of leather from the strap sticking out. Not sure if this length would be too short of a strap for your liking though......

How do you mean double up the strap, it doesn't seem long enough to do that...?

It will be quite short; like an Isabelle strap. Take Rory's strap off completely. Thread one end of it through one side of a buckle until the holes of each end line up. Then thread both of the "hole" ends through the other buckle side and buckle. I think the duffle clubhouse may have a demonstration pic in it; I'm not positive though.....I know alot people double up their duffle strap. HTH. Maybe someone else can explain with more clarity. I always have to talk with my hands also, which is pretty hard to do online, haha.

EDIT: Found a pic! tPF member sandyclaws has pics in her post that helps alot. The holes of both ends of the straps would be buckled on the other side, that's not showing in the pic.

Oh, okay, I get it. Thanks, I might have to try that out. I used to like the shorter straps but now I'm getting used to the longer ones. If I was smaller, I think I could wear Rory as a crossbody but not there yet :)

Just out of curiosity I contacted CS at Coach regarding the Rory and another deleted back. FYI - JAX still has a few Cognac, Black and Marine in "limited" quantities but you can order over the phone. Just thinking if anyone is dying to get one and use PCE that is possible. Even though it stinks because they ARE deleted!

I wonder if they have any Molly's? I'm looking for fuchsia....I don't have a PCE though.
