I just came back from Italy 3 weeks ago and really enjoyed the shopping experience in Florence. I didn't go to the Rome store as our schedule was quite tight but I did visit the store in Venice and Florence. The SA in Florence was so friendly, I bought a few silk item, a rodeo charm and an azap wallet there (around 3k euro) I did ask for a b or a k and the SA did say they don't usually sell to tourists but she asked when I would be leaving Florence. She said if the locals turn down the bag she will give me a call, but I was leaving on the next morning so really had no luck. Despite scoring any major items I really do enjoy the shopping there, the SA was very bubbly and she did spend time searching for the things I like and recommended something she thinks will suit me. She spent a lot of time on showing me how to play around with the new maxi twilly cut and we really had fun.

Then I went back to FSH lining up for few hours and score absolute nothing, and it was like a horror story [emoji23]

I can't wait to see this store!! I'll visit my mum who lives near Rome in mid November, and I'm planning to go with her [emoji173]️ hoping my daughter will remain calm in the store [emoji28] she's a little pest and here in Milan the SA roll their eyes every time they see any baby! But I will be supported by my mum so it will be fine! :D

I really would advice any TPFers to try out Naples. They do sell to walk-ins and tourists! Rome is very unlikely, because they keep their stock for their local costumers unless you splurge a very big amount on other things before asking for a bag!

I did in both stores, Rome and Naples. Naples offered me a 32 Kelly Retourne in Rouge Grenat which I didn't like and turned down. Rome offered me two Kelly's. One in 28 and was the shade of red I wanted the other one a 32 in feu. Turned down both because of wrong size and didn't a 3rd bag in feu.

My new rouge tomate Kelly was bought from Milan and had been ordered for me. Not sure how they operate with walk ins - but I guess it's quite difficult unless you spend big cash... but for sure, if Naples has stock they would sell!

Thanks for the advice! Do you mean just Bs and Ks, or for all leather bags, like Evelyne, Halzan, etc? [emoji4]
