Since you mentioned it, have you actually ever used WD-40 on the bag before? In particular, I'm thinking about using WD-40 on a rogue 25 zipper pull. Of the two zipper pulls, one is very stiff and hard to move along the zipper track, and I’m hoping that something like WD-40 will help it.
They make zipper wax for this purpose. I use a bar of soap and it seems to work, but I've never tried the wax, it might work better.

Glad you brought this up! 1 of the pulls on 2 of my Rogues are much harder to pull than the other. It is so annoying! I’m going to look into the zipper wax someone mentioned.

I used some lip balm but was afraid it was too greasy and might stain the fabric area of the zipper. I used it very sparingly so it would stop being annoying opening the zippers. Will order zipper wax next time I do an Amazon order.

One of my Rogue zippers is also harder to pull. I've done the wax paper already, one of the zippers is like butter and the other one needs a steadying hand to open. I kind of thought it was just the way it would be, since one of them is set opposite to the teeth?

It's not supposed to be that way. My larger sized Rogue is fine. Only the 25 has one that's too stiff. I also haven't seen this issue with the double zips on empreinte Louis Vuitton speedy bags or even Henri Bendel west 57th carryalls. Difficult zippers are typically a no buy or return reason for me. Simple quality check should have caught these.

Oh daaaaaaaang.
I already intend to bring in the Rogue before the year warranty is up (glazing issue, cracked on where the suede flaps pull away from the body) so I'll bring up the zippers too. Thanks!

Good luck. After the way I saw a sales associate manhandling my bag to get a tag off, I will try everything in my power to fix their mistakes first lol
