It's gorgeous...but I can't get over the handles with the peeling scales. C'est la vie.
It's really nice in person...but with the detailing and whiplash I felt it was too busy. There is a version sans whiplash which would be a perfect balance.
Soho is completely sold out of the limited editions with only 2 L.E. Saddle bags so hurry if you are looking for one. The SA told me only 20 LE rogues were made and all have been sold. It was priced at 995.00 with NYC tax it came out to 1012.25.
I have this and I examined the handles last night. Ordinarily I would expect scales to feel smooth and brittle but when I attempted to lift one up, it actually stretched like a rubber band, meaning I can't peel it off or take it off without taking scissors or something. Just my theory and I can only speak for my bag but they took the real scales at whatever condition it was at and treated it with something. They are not going to be all perfectly smoothed down, and the effect is actually feeling the scaliness of the handles. Anyway that's what I'm hoping and I'm more of a shoulder strap type of gal -- I like to carry my bag on my shoulders so the short handles are usually tucked away in the side compartments and I just use the shoulder straps. I do the same with my whiplash rivets rogue.

Evening after work so light is not at its best but my mineral rogue is here. Yay! Had it monogrammed at the back of the tag with my initials. Chelsea also included a nice personalized card which was sweet of her.
