Yeah. In such cases it’s better to cancel order instead of sending damaged item. Such a waste of time and money. Also, I ordered Rogue with car... OMG. Just wait to see it.

So looks like the indents are from the handles? I had similar issue and took some time to straighten out. over a period of time I covered with a towel and used a warm iron (on inside and out) in addition to stuffing...however mine was just on one side...also with Black Friday right around the corner another one could pop up so maybe hold on before attempting fixes....
Sorry you got them in that condition. I would send the car one back. On the sides of the grey one those marks are from the handles tucked inside the suede during storage. They will never completely disappear.As I promised, pictures!

I love both. I honestly dont think either look too bad. I say stuff both and they will be fine. You could also try using a dryer on warm setting and it would take some of those wrinkles out. Did you get them during the 70% off sale? If so, great deal!As I promised, pictures!
