I wonder if someone could help me. I live in the Uk and last week I ordered an olive green snakeskin rogue from coach online. It cost £600 (777 usd) in the sale. I noticed days later coach were offering a further 20% off sale items which would have taken a further £100 off the bag. I emailed coach to say I was disappointed to see this happen and as a first time buyer it was a disappointing experience. I haven’t heard back as yet. If the bag was still available I would return the original and rebuy but sadly it is out of stock. I notice from following this forum you guys seem to get some great deals on rogues, either in store or at outlets. Do you think I’ve paid too much for this bag?? I don’t have any stores near me but I’ll be visiting New York in a couple of weeks so do you think I should return the bag and see if I can get a good deal while I’m over there? I do love the bag but I feel a bit cheated. I could buy a heather grey one at the lower price, but I’m more in love with the olive. Sorry for the long message and thanks for reading if you made it this far!

Are you near any Coach store in UK? Best option would be to see if they will let you return and rebuy it with the discount? I know it stinks but Coach won't price adjust anymore. I did the same thing last week where i purchased 3 items and 5 days later they were offering the extra 20% off. All 3 of my items are sold out too and I'm in US so no way I could return/rebuy in UK lol. CS response to me was the same - no price adjustment but feel free to return and repurchase.

How long will you be in NY? The outlets are doing 70% off right now so it's possible you could track one down at the outlet, but I'm not sure how long shipping would take to get to your NY address. The snakeskin rogues were I think $1200, so if available could be $360 to $600 + sales tax (and import tax to UK?) depending on the discount the outlets are running. I think if you are happy with the bag then enjoy it. If the extra discount will always bug you then take a gamble and see if any are still available in US.

Thanks for replying. There are no stores near me in the UK, but I think anyway it says on my invoice I cannot return/exchange. I would have to return then place a new order online....which I cannot do as the bag is out of stock. I haven’t had a reply from CS yet so I might see if they tell me different. Until then I don’t know what to do! I’m going to be in NY for 5 days, planning to visit the Coach store and possibly the outlet at Woodbury common and it would be just my luck to keep the bag then see a good deal over there! Or return it and see nothing!

(No clue what I’m going to do with a bright yellow key holder, but it’s mine now darnit!!)

They actually had the matching clochettes for the two Rogue 25s I returned too (both shipped from JAX, both pictured with the clochettes online, but both arrived without them). I don’t know if the SA was going to put them back on the bags or not, but she did mention that Rogues were “rare beasts” and that it had been awhile since they’d had any in the store.

Hi SunnydaleFarms,
May I ask which store had a bunch of the clochettes? I have been calling around and having no luck trying to find a beechwood one for my Rogue 25. Not sure if I want to keep the bag without it, I'm used to it on my other Rogues!

Overland Park, KS. I don’t remember seeing a beechwood, but I was in before Christmas. My guess would be stores hang on to extras, pull them off damaged bags that are being sent back, etc., so there’s no guarantee on what they’ll have in inventory. I was just surprised at how many of the clochettes they did have!

Thanks so much! I called and they had one left, but in blue with gold hardware. If anyone needs that color for their Rogue, give them a call. I will continue searching and hope to get lucky.

Do you know when the Coach x Disney came out? I have a limited edition Rogue 30 in Snow White (black pebble and purple bits).
