The smiley face lines. Thanks! The indentation, or smiley face lines that come from the handles folded down during shipment is common. Hope others can share on how they were able to remove those.

I will try. Thanks!!I used small towels, leather conditioner, and a hairdryer on low. Worked great for me.
It’s beautiful!! I would absolutely keep it if I could make it work.
If you can’t get it from Coach take a look at Saks.com. They have it on sale now.So lucky, I was looking for this one!congrats its gorgeous !
I sadly don't own a Rogue, but I think the sagging is inevitable with the leather they used and the construction of the bag. I think to get the structured look, your best bet would be to get a bag organizer/shaper! There are companies that sell online and on etsy. The Rogue has that interior compartment, so I'm not sure a standard shaper would work. Perhaps you would have special order one, or hopefully another TPFer would who owns a Rogue would have a better solution!Hey everyone! I’ve noticed on my regular rogue, the bottom corners kind of sag inwards, which makes the whole bag droop. How do you all keep yours upright/flat? I do stuff mine and store it nicely, so it’s not like I just threw it I a bin or abused it! Is it just because I don’t carry enough in the bag to have it stay up/keep it from sagging?
Edited to add picture to show the sagging. Do your bags do this too?
None of my Rogues sag as much as that, but I do keep them full when I am wearing them. While they rest in the closet they are packed with stuffing. You may want to try an organizer to see if that helps.Hey everyone! I’ve noticed on my regular rogue, the bottom corners kind of sag inwards, which makes the whole bag droop. Yeah, this is my only full size one. My other 2 are the 25 size, which is definitely more structured. I also stuff my bag and store it in the dust bag when I’m not using it. I’m careful to not over stuff/stretch it out though. I’m having slightly better luck today. I’ve put less into the main compartment, and more into the side pockets.
The bag is still super saggy, but not quite as funky looking. If that doesn’t keep it up/good, I will definitely have to find some sort of bag organizer! Thanks!
Yep, it is washed red that kind of stinks, since I love the color so much. Today, I packed it differently, and did try a wristlet in one side and my kindle on the other. It helped some, but the bag is still so saggy it’s a bit of a pain to find thingsWas it a washed red rogue in your photo? I have 3 regular sized Rogues and my Washed Red seems to be much less structured than the other 2 and the leather is much smooshier unfortunately. I usually keep my full size iPad case in the center section when I take it to work and I feel like that helps prop up the zipper overlay and gives it more structure. Also putting thinner items like wristlets in the corners of the outer pockets helps to fill them out a bit.

Hi Slink. My peony tea rose rivets rogue looks the same as your washed red. It sags the same way. It can be a pain to find things in the bag sometimes. I curse it occasionally.Hey everyone!
