What do you ladies think is the best option for my olive rogue? I want to try one more time for a perfect one without deep indents and scratches on the feet. Should I ship it back and request an exchange on the order form, order #2 online tonight and send back current one tomorrow, or try and take it to my boutique for them to handle?

My boutique is small and they don't carry any rogues. They would have to order another from JAX.
 
Do you know how to care for the handles? I've not had any clear instructions.

Manager at my boutique said to do absolutely nothing lol. I occasionally condition the leather but never put anything on the python. If the python ever does start to excessively lift there is a taxidermy product I plan to use on it. Drawback though is that coating it with the product will leave the python a bit shiny.

That's what I usually do. I've had to order 2 of almost every bag I have bought in the past 6 months due to damages. I feel a bit crazy doing it but for the price of these bags I don't want scratches and indents. I wish coach would just leave the factory packaging on to avoid these problems.

My tea rose rogue came today but I had it sent to my mom's house. She opened it and says it looks perfect, I got my pickiness from her so at least I got lucky with that one.

I would call customer service tomorrow and make sure the bag you are ordering is coming from Jax and not an individual store. They can check inventory real time, the website does not update until several hours or days later. Then return the one you have. I would even ask for a discount for all your trouble having to send these bags back all the time. ask for shipment from JAX only. I don't recommend waiting until they receive the bag, sometimes the fulfillment center runs out of stock and you are back to having it shipped from a store.
