So disappointed in Saks!!! 80% of my wardrobe is black so even though I loved the colorblock Beechwood 25, I skipped it due to the brown handles. So I was excited to see this solid Beechwood on Saks website. Got it today - and it's the colorblock!!! I know companies often just Photoshop different colors on the same item instead of actually photographing every item, but this is a pretty big difference!
Sorry for your disappointment. I saw the solid Beechwood too, but wondered if they'd made a mistake with image and it should have been the colorblock.
It crossed my mind, but when I showed my boutique SA and asked if he could get it, he did say sometimes Saks stocks entirely different things that they don't see.
Wow, that's horrible! I just went over there to see the listing -- that is really sloppy of Saks to print such an error! And the dimensions look like it's the Rogue 25? They didn't distinguish it from the regular size?
I'm sorry that it's your headache now -- are you shipping it back or is a Saks near you?

I have read rogue comes with the number 20315 on the leather tag which is not the actual model of the bag.

The chalk rogue with red handles does not come with a lock/key or the interior "key keeper." Only the original rogues did (Black/Black, Cornflower, Mineral, Chalk/Black).

Coach changed how they show their model/serial numbers, including having Rogues have numbers in the proper format as they do with their other bags, starting with bags manufactured in Fall last year, so the number on your bag would reflect that change.
