Hi sweetie; how are things with you? Good, I hope?
I went to BV in September with a friend; she stopped me spending £2k on a fiery spritz hair calf Bayswater and I helped her spend under £500 (total!) on two gorgeous Coach bags and three purses/SLG! The leather quality was fabulous, and there was an extra 30% off that day, too! [emoji106]

Oh, pardon my "eavesdropping"...now this is a fascinating discussion...do go on...can we see pics?? :giggle:

I'll have to get my friend to fish out her purchases for a sneaky pic, which I can post on here!
At the risk of being dense, all I can recall was that the larger bag had a central zip, with two side sections, and was in a lovely grainy black leather, whilst the smaller, navy bag was more structured. The purse/smallest bag had a long, thin shoulder strap and was gorgeous! Then I think she bought two purses - one of which could double as an evening bag.
Prior to this, she only had one scruffy bag so she was thrilled with her purchases!
Oh - another friend's DH bought her a gorgeous burgundy Coach for Christmas, which I absolutely adore!

The next time I go we'll sort it, dear elvis! I wasn't aware of the Mickey Mouse/Elvis bags but I can imagine you're in your Seventh Heaven?! I am, however, very much aware of the beautiful Rogue style in general! [emoji106]
I was very restrained in September; I was definitely in "help my friend choose a decent bag" mode - and we went in just about every boutique in BV before returning to Coach (twice!) before she made her purchases!
Then she drove to her brother's, en route for a hen "do" abroad, and I drove to Kent for a funeral the following day ... Hey ho.

Don't laugh, but with your detailed description one of tPF's Expert Purse Authenticators might be able to ID them, seriously!! Like WHATEV or HYACINTH...

Glad to hear she loves her new purchases!

Wait, are you referring to Elvisfan4life, as your friend...I'm confused.

No, I've just described it badly! It's quite slouchy, with two good side (zipped?) sections on it ... I may have to research it a bit better! There was a huge video advertising thing behind the sales desk and I squeaked when a lovely pale blue bag appeared - which I now know to be a Rogue! [emoji6]
The funeral was difficult - my late mother's next door neighbour, only in her fifties and newly a grandmother. I scattered mum's ashes afterwards with my brother ...

I bet it was an Edie. The bag.
