I called Coach first, reading on the Paypal website that it's the merchant that needs to cancel a pending authorization.

Coach tells me to call Paypal.

I call Paypal, who tells me to call Coach, because the merchant needs to cancel it.

I call Coach again, and the person does not believe me.

I call again and get a different person, who forwards my issue to the Billing department, and they actually FIND MY ORDER, and it is being processed now.

So what happened was I placed my order and got an order number on the website as confirmation (thankfully, I did take a screenshot). I never received an email confirmation, and customer service was never able to pull anything up using the order number. Somehow, Billing did. What an annoying technical glitch... I'm a software tester, so things like this making it onto the customer-facing website just blows my mind. Obviously my counterpart at Coach let some defects slip through! LOL

Anyway, after a lot of hassle, I will get my bag. But I still don't have an email order confirmation. :p

Don't hold your breath waiting for an email confirmation. Half the time I never get one. Sometimes my order status under my account doesn't even say 'shipped', next thing I know I have an email from UPS saying I have a package on the way. :whut:

Yes, it's the beechwood Tea Rose Rogue. I placed the order through my SA. I believe you can order it over the phone if you call JAX or through your store. The bag will officially be released on March 1. The style number is 59243 and the price is $1200

I've finally decided to order another rogue! Does anyone know if I can order through my SA by email or text? I'm currently in the hospital making it difficult to make a phone call. I can just order off the website but would prefer my SA get the credit for the sale.
Mine will do it via text, so I'm sure yours would

I got the pink/black tea rose clutch! It's gorgeous [emoji173]. The leather is substantial compared with a wristlet. I also got the matte black chain strap - which weights a ton!!!! I can easily fit my iphone6s in the back pocket or either the front two pockets. I actually haven't decided how I would use this beauty! I bought it because it was beautiful and I wanted the pink flowers. It doesn't quite match my black tea rose rouge 25..... oh well.....Did anyone use it as a wallet?

In the hospital? Baby here? I order a lot from my SA through emails to her.

Tomorrow. Supposedly. I live in the country outside a teeny tiny town of less than 200 people. Moved here a year ago. Ordering online now is a must. Delivery times can sometimes be slow. You have a good memory, it was supposed to be here Monday. Got my fingers crossed for tomorrow!
