It still looks new, just depends on how it is stored. I bought one off of ebay too and got a great deal. It also wasn't as stiff as the one I purchased from Coach. Keep in mind they become softer or lose a bit of shape when used. Nothing to stress about!

Have you tried a suede brush on it? You can get one at Walgreens or CVS or probably many places.

I miss the old ones. Butterscotch is pretty, but too light for me.

Have you seen it in person? It seems a tiny bit darker in person than the photo. I just wore it to a conference and literally ten people came up and complimented my bag. Two asked to touch it. That's where I draw the line [emoji4]

I agree! It is darker in person. I just purchased it and can't wait to use it.

I'm really interested in the Rogue satchel! I ended up returning my Rogue 25 due to the inability to wear it crossbody (I'm 5'2" and the doubled-up non-adjustable straps had the bag hanging way below my butt). I like that the satchel has an adjustable strap with a weight distributor on it.
