Rogue, are there fakes?

Canada has Coach and MK, KS outlets, sorry if i misunderstood and that is not what you meant. We do not have the department store ranges though... Mind you quite often the Bay shops that have little Coach stores often have discounted styles.
Not to be argumentative but the only time I've ever seen the outlets is if I cross the border into the States, otherwise it's only the boutiques. I can't speak for all the Bay locations either but at least one of the spots close to me actually has a designated Coach section and the styles are current, albeit a tad overpriced because of purchasing from a third-party instead of directly from the manufacturing company.
I know that my city is working with developers on a plan for an outlet mall near the airport, so maybe those brands will be there but nothing's being said at the moment.

I am sure it completely varies where you are within the country but we do have actual outlets, i've been to them lol. The Kate spade never got in the door merely walked by the line up went for ages but been in MK outlets too.

As for the Bay been in a few some have a mini Coach boutique, others a simple display, not sure how the prices compare because i admit i have never bothered to do so. I typically buy my Coach from the boutique or the factory store... both are close enough to me.

I'm actually quite surprised to see the Coach Rogue bag being counterfeited already! And I feel for anyone who has purchased one from anywhere other than the boutique (though those could be fake as well if someone did a bait and switch) so hopefully not too many will be scammed.
Honestly when I went to the links to the bags on ebay earlier in this post I was shocked that those bags are fakes....look way too much like the real thing to me!

What part of Canada are you from if you don't mind me asking? I'm from Edmonton and frequently travel across Alberta, British Colombia, and Ontario (specifically the Ottawa - Toronto corridor). If there's outlets then they are no where near as common as in the States or must be newer to the country like Carl's Jr.

There's one just outside Montreal, in Mirabel, part of a new outlet mall that's been around for a couple years. The store is large and carries a lot of current styles, but I can't comment on the prices as I wasn't looking closely. The outlet mall also had a Gucci outlet, but alas, no Kate Spade, which I would enjoy...

in the past I knew various things to look for with coach bags to pick out fakes, but I don't have this info on the rogues, too new I guess. I want the off white that is $ 795 (I think) with the brass hardware and tags, so if any one hears what to look for please share. Thank you

Wow! Can you share what makes you think the chalk/black is fake? I had this bag briefly- purchased at the FP store, and everything looks right to me. I really want to inform myself.
TIA!
I'm not an expert but I thought it was fake for the following reasons: picture 9- if you look closer you will notice that this is not the same bag, the picture shows a rogue in mineral. Pic 3: the key for padlock looks so different. Here is the pic of the actual key that comes with the first generation of the Rogue. This picture is not mine, I found it online. At least I have had a black, mineral and cornflower rogues and the keys look exactly like in the pic. The other trigger is stitching. I believe there has to be white stitching around the trim and handles and not yellow as you can see in the listing pictures. And one more, the hangtag is not black and looks kind of off. These are the reasons why I thought this bag is fake, I could be wrong but it's my own opinion.

LL, you are right. I have the first gen chalk Rogue and I just went and looked at it and the stitching is not yellow, it's an off white color and the hangtag is black.

I've not seen the Rogue bag irl but that chalk one did seem sub-par as far as the details on the bag (the edge paint, etc.). However I would be loathe to call out any seller on ebay as selling a fake bag if I wasn't 100% sure because we know that Coach changes small details on their bags at times. The other bag they sold seemed authentic to me but again, I don't know enough about the Rogue to make those kinds of judgements......

The embroidery one looks worse than the chalk one. They are fakes.

Interesting because the chalk Rogue on the Coach website seems to have yellow stitching, not white like the other colors.

Here is the eBay listing (not my listing) that shows an authentic first generation rogue. http://66.135.209.70/itm/NEW-Coach-...tan-Leather-Bag-1941-/282094378024?nav=SEARCH

I'm not the only one who thinks the seller sells fake rogues. Please look at her feedback. Honestly, I don't care about the seller. I feel bad for the people who buy from her and think they got a good deal.
