I do condition it with organic leather conditioner religiously.
It helps maintaining the beauty of the leather so much, it also leaves it moisturized and super smooth, plus it helps preventing color transfer and major staining.
Your Latte will probably be a little easier to maintain as it is not as light as mine.
The only issue I have with my Lilac Rockie is that there is staining from touching it, you can see a slight sheen of yellow that has sunken into the pores of the leather around the handles and opening. But that's the wear and tear of a light colored bag I guess.

i saw a latte rocco in a blog and it looked in absoluted tatters because of colour rub off and poor maintenance so im determined not to let that happen. Do you recommend any brands and what type of conditioner? Ive been recommended the collonil waterstop spray-not sure if that also conditions and prevents colour rub off though =\

Personally, I use a liquid conditioner from a local brand. The Collonil is a good choice, it conditions, too. Apple Guard has also been raved about.

I just received my very first Rockie yesterday afternoon and am already obsessed! I have four Roccos and was always concerned that the Rockie would be way too small. I have recently been really into the whole mini bag/cross body trend, and found a Rockie for an incredible price that I couldn't refuse! So glad I pulled the trigger because it's the perfect size. Surprisingly I can still fit everything I had in my Rocco and still have some room to spare. Now I just wish that I had gotten one sooner! I can definitely see more Rockies in my future :)

Congrats! I too want more rockies, they really are the perfect size. Which color did you get?
