Do all of his pieces have a ruby in the back?

I received a "purse" as a gift and it doesn't have one? and the chain is only 16"... do you all think it's fake or is it just an older model? TIA.

hmmm I dont know, I know all his current pieces have rubies in the back. perhaps take a picture and contact roberto coin directly and ask the company about the design?

I have a pair of diamond hoops and the ruby was hard to find it was tiny at the end of the hoop. I'd give a careful look, it's suppose to be somewhere it touches your skin.
