Rider 24 reveal - is this too "lunch pail"?

Thank you for the reminder about the other bags out there. Honestly there are only a few bags I've returned or resold that I've rebought later. Most are out of sight out of mind. I do have a love/hate relationship with the rogue tote though .
That's actually a burnished forest 24. I almost bought the dark turquoise too, but they were too similar. Love the dinkys and am considering adding another in the regular size. Just have to find a color combo I don't already have in another style.

Yes. I have the dark turquoise colorblock saddle I forgot about. I think forest has a little more vibrancy. Here is forest with the dark turquoise exotic strap to see the difference.

I think from your pics, though, that your saddle is a little lighter than the dark turquoise dinky. I have seen a dark turquoise dinky in person that was a colorblock (not the exact one on the reserve sale), and it seems like one of the darker dark turquoise. They really vary depending on the item, which is odd. I like the forest, that is pretty!

I'm not sure on this. At first it was a heck no, but trying it on its kind of cool. The strap can shorten a little for shoulder wear if you hook the dogleash to the strap. Length is great crossbody, opening is neat and fits a nice amount and phone fits in the slip pocket vertically.
What do you think? Too much lunch pail vibe? I tried to get different angles... And comparison to dinky 24 for size determination.

Edit to say phone fits in slip pocket, but it's a struggle to get back out a d almost too tall.

I was so excited to get the white one for the storage, vintage look and the kisslock, but then I saw how it looks on a person and got turned off. To me, it does look oddly box-shaped when worn, but I am the kind of person who likes slim bags like a Dinky or Sutton. Even Parker stands out too much away from the body for me unless it's worn like a shoulder bag. So yes, I love the design but so bummed that I'm not feeling the cross-body look.

My Rider 24 showed up while I was gone on vacation and I don't love it. It sticks out too far for me and I don't need any wider hips than I already have. It does remind me of a fishing creel. Too much $ for how odd it is even with 30% off. And mine arrived with fingernail scratches all over the flap. It's going back.

Mine went back Friday. Just an odd profile. I was tempted to keep it for shoulder wear, but there are plenty other bags out there. Too bad about the scratches too. I don't know why they always mangle the bags before they pack them :/

I haven't seen all the colors except what was shown on the runway show. I think there were some florals of this one as well as the black in this pic. There were a couple different sizes too.
