For those of you that have ordered the 33, did your bag come with the feather charm/fob??

I DO!!!! I like that it is a bigger bag, but has also has a long strap that you can actually wear cross body comfortably. Usually when Coach makes bigger bags and they have a long strap, it isn't necessarily long enough to wear cross body in a nice way. I also like that it has more slouch to it whereas my Rhyder Messenger is more structured.

I found out from my SA that the feathers are actually "seperate", they don't come with anything.. my SA ordered me the feather fob and it came today. She said they'll be selling feather jewelery as well. I think it's disgraceful because it's so unclear that they're not included with the purse and she said they only made a small quantity of these feather fobs. The fob is beautiful, it cost $50.

If you want you can call JAX and order them now with the info she gave on pg. 1 ( the style number and color info to order 63713G style, color is MTI). I ordered it a few days ago & it will be here next Wed.!

We've tried. I tried by calling Jax the day this thread appeared and was told there was none.

She went through her SA and found the warehouse DID have some, but the SA wasn't able to order them for some reason.

Every SA or Coach employee has a different story about the feather charm sets.....
