is Hanabi clinic in seoul?if so why didnt you choose there instead?
Yes it is. I didn't choose him because I didn't like his aesthetics as much as 1st Button's. Dr Kim was more than experienced enough for the issues I wanted to correct. Hanabi is just somewhere I think is worth consulting, I don't know for sure if he is better for very complicated cases like yours.

You mean Hanabi Rhinoplasty Clinic that specialize only for noses?do you know good doctor who is really skilled for revision rhinoplasty, tiplasty and alarpasty since i only want to remove the remaining implant on my tip?
Yes, that place. I am sorry, I don't know which doctor is really skilled at revision for all those procedures.

I agree! I went for a consultation at Hanabi and our aesthetics did not match up. Also the consultant and the doctor did not give me much confidence. Doctor is nice though and understands English.

Yes, it is a bad idea to go with a doctor who doesn't have the same aesthetic preferences as you - even if they act like they can be flexible, it's just too risky, often they just do what they think is right.

Hi Christine,

Thank you for your review. I had my first consultation with Dr. Kim today for a primary rhino for bulbous tip + alar reduction. He quoted me 6000$ usd with a 10% discount if I allow him to use my Before and after picture. Honestly I find this to be on the pricier side (Miho quoted me for 3600$ USD for the same procedures).
How do you feel about paying a premium at 1st Button? Also, do you mind if I add you on KKT? I am curious about your before/after pictures. I've people telling me that some of his friends wanted revision after getting surgery with Dr. Kim because the changes he made were a little TOO subtle.

Thanks!

I paid 5500 USD, I did surgery right before he raised his prices (so after May, the prices were much higher). But even if it was more expensive, I would have gone with Chris because I have very specific preferences for nose that I could only trust him with. This year I've noticed that many specialized doctors are very pricey - Noselab and Jin are also very expensive and are similar to 1st Button (small ENT clinics).

Yes, you can message me - my ID is SweetPotato1996. Yeah it depends on what you want - if you want a high, dolly/barbie nose, then 1st Button may not be for you. But the doctor was perfect for what I wanted to fix - I wanted no implant, for my nose to be deprojected and to have as little added as possible, and to fix my droopy, overly pointy, and arrow shaped nose tip. Since Chris changed the witchy nose that Jewelry gave me into a small and soft-looking nose, my change is very dramatic.

what exactly were your procedure with Dr.Kim?did you use implant?
I had my implant from my primary surgery removed and didn't add anything to the bridge, my natural bridge is high enough and I prefer a small nose anyways. I did tiplasty, implant removal, septoplasty, turbinoplasty, hump removal, columelloplasty, and possibly osteotomy (I am not sure if he did that, he said he would assess whether or not it's necessary during the surgery; I never asked if he ended up doing it because I liked how my nose looked and didn't care).

I really love the surgeon's work, my issues have been corrected (not perfect of course but more than good enough for me).
Hi happyherbivore! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. 1st button is one of my top choices too so I was wondering if you can give us a new update on how you are liking your nose after 6 months post-op. Thank you in advance!

Hi, thanks for reading! I am still liking my new nose, it hasn't changed much during these past 6 months (which is good, since I hoped my tip wouldn't drop). I don't think about my nose much anymore, which is a welcome change
