When it comes to something as important and (often) irreversible as surgery, it's best to not prioritize convenience over quality. Many people do different procedures at different clinics because it is often difficult to find a clinic they really like for both nose and eyes. If you happen to do so, then that's even better, but if your favourite doctors for nose and eyes work at different clinics, then it's best to separate those procedures. Too many people end up getting revision because in order to save time, they wanted to do all their procedures at the same clinic (it happened to me - although to be fair I went to a terrible clinic; but I also know people who did multiple procedures at good clinics and then ended up getting revision at specialized clinics later on).
I don't disagree with this at all. If i get on done afterwards, would you know long would i need to wait, I would almost have to do them back to back (nose and eyes) since my time there isnt that long, also didnt know if the swelling from on surgery would make it difficult for the doctor to see what they would need to do in the other.

I'm actually speaking with him as I type this out. Since I want eyes done too and nose it would make more sense to do it in one clinic, but reached out to Dr Kim for the heck of it. He's prompt with his responses. it's 1 AM there and he's still responding sending me YouTube videos of the explanation of what my nose shape is, how to achieve a higher bridge and tip. he even took a photo of mine and showed me what it could actually look like. He also did not push for silicone if he since he said my bridge was actually good but I do want a slightly higher bridge. He seems to not "push" for anything more than what needs to be done. I like talking to the surgeon directly first this is a change from all the other places I've contacted. I'll have to go somewhere else for my eyes and fat grafting if I go with Dr Kim, but I feel so good about him already.
Yes! I am leaning towards doctor Kim as well for the same reasons, however I am having a hard time finding the best place doe DES :( when are you looking to have your rhinoplasty done ?

So I'll be in Korea end of Sept through early Oct, only like 12 days there which is pushing it as I'm not in seoul the whole time (family vacay and thought I"d squeeze in surgery lol). I have booked a in person consultation with Dr Kim already the day after I arrive since we're landing at like 4 pm, so seeing him next day. I'm leaning towards possibly 1 MM for eyes or Miho, maybe even Braun, trying to set up in person consultations for those the same day as Dr Kim and need to speak to them about surgery at diff clinics and how I'm able to stack them.

Is it possible to extend your stay, to at least 2 weeks? Some people have done another procedure the day after they did their eyelid surgery, but it depends on what you are doing to your eyes - ex: if you get epi, you wouldn't want your inner corners to get tugged on when the rhino doctor is fixing your nose. Often clinics will recommend at least waiting till the stitches for your eyes are out (usually 6-7 days post op), so you could do rhino the day after your stitches are out, and then you need to stay 5 to 7 days after rhino (Dr Kim said cast usually comes off in 7 days, but it can also be removed after 5 days if one is short on time).

If it's not possible to extend, then you can try to see if you can do rhino before the stitches in your eyes come out. Either way, you may have to book the doctors before you go to Korea.

This is what i was afraid of in terms of going to diff clinics for diff procedures. I can't really extend to do work, my mom is staying for a whole month and maybe I can, but the hours are so diff than with work not sure how I can work those hours when im there. Will have to talk through with some of them and see what's best or I may need to find a suitable clinic to do all. thank you for your input.

Hopefully you can do the surgeries at separate clinics in 12 days; if not, you could also consider doing them in separate trips - lots of people do that, it is very cumbersome but many do that because they couldn't find the right clinic for both procedures. A lot of the renowned rhino doctors only specialize in rhino and are the only doctor in their clinic, and a lot of the good eyelid doctors work in a clinic that isn't that good for rhino (this is just my impression based on my research).

I think it's better to take your time and wait in order to get the best results you can - please don't settle for an okay clinic for eyes and nose if your preferred doctors are at separate clinics. Esp when it comes to nose, one needs to be extremely careful and picky, rhinos are so hard to get right and many people end up looking weird even if their doctor wasn't that bad - now I only trust doctors with a very consistent track record and lots of genuine testimonials.

I've decided to do my DES, epi +lateral +lower canthoplasty at Mate PS. They are more known amongst locals and have 1 doctor (Dr. Kim). He is known for his meticulous line work and my biggest fear is to have assymetry after the procedure.

that's good to know, i'll look them up. Are you having something else done at another clinic?

Is Dr.Kim good at complicated revision rhinoplasty case?
I am not sure, I think it depends on what the issues are; in my case, my revision wasn't simple but I don't think it was considered exceedingly complicated. Best to contact and then consult different doctors to see what they say and then you can gauge who seems most suitable for your needs. Of course, the doctor should be one that has a track record with revision surgeries.

Thank you for your opinion, but my issue is really complicated one because my condition now is i have no bridge implant because its been taken out but still there is remaining implant on the tip that make my nose retraction between the skin so im looking surgeon who can take out the remaining implant that left on my tip which it is from surgery before, still there is ear cartilage implant that left on my tip.

I am sorry about that, that does sound quite complicated. I am not sure if Dr Kim is experienced in these kinds of cases, doesn't hurt to ask. I also liked the doctor at Hanabi, when I was at the clinic, I saw many before and afters of very complicated cases.
