Thank you everyone! You guys are so sweet :tender: I agree that Dad's are the best (and Mom's too)!! When I told my Dad that DF and I were engaged (back in February), he told DF "to prepare to continue spoiling me". haha. I think I have everything I could possibly want: a wonderful and loving family! I am very content :angel:

Whoops - LOL yes, I am sure our Dads will have a lot to talk about!! I LOVE the ballon bleu but I am disappointed that the bezel isn't gold and that all the links aren't TT. Also, the ladies size only comes in quartz and the only mid-size (size I wanted) at the store was quartz movement as well. I know it's a lot cheaper than Rolex, but still, I feel jipped out of the gold! I might as well save the money and get the all SS version.

Yes! Get a TT watch! I'm sure DF will oblige ;) And also get a love bracelet - did you hear it's going up 15%??? I'm trying to get my gf to get the rose gold love. She already has the all rg santos with diamonds and the orchidee de caresse double flower ring in rg. All she's missing is the bangle =)

I actually saw a TT Santos that was kind of cute but then the face was too masculine. I'm so fickle. I THOUGHT i was for sure set on getting a love bracelet and going watchless.... but now! iono. your photos just seem to confuse me because they look so lovely I'm thinking MAYBE i should give it another shot. The love or watch is definitely not going to happy before increase though. DF doesn't care, he said he would rather spend the extra 15% and get it for me during something memorable like an anniversary or of the like. And getting it for myself is out of the question, he was so cute and gives me that "I want to get it for you" look and gets disappointed when I ask if I should buy it. We shall see... I'm not in a rush with the wedding so close.

Also, i LOVE LOVE LOVE your new avatar? Who is that cutie?

Whoops - your DF is too sweet! You are a lucky girl :) the dog in my pic is QQ. I have more pics of her on fb, she recently got the lion cut haha.

kohl_mascara - I will not be adding a new watch to my collection anytime soon. DH and I are seriously pursuing buying a 2nd property - a shore house! So I don't want anything new on my credit report. However I did call my jeweler last week for his pricing on the tt yachtmaster in ladies size. He is not permitted any longer to take more than 10% off. Fortunately when I purchased all my others from him - I got 15% off. But rolex and Cartier have become very strict and they will "pull out" if they hear that they are being discounted at a business. Anyway my jeweler told me that the list price for your watch is $9350 and with 10% off - it becomes $8415. Then with tax it is $8919.90. That could be a nice chunk towards my down payment of a house so no more watches for me! But I have plenty so I'm very happy. :)

hoka - property on the shore sounds wayyy better than a new watch! I agree that your collection is already quite impressive. . .there is definitely no need to add anything new there! Hope you get your dream vacay house!!

Thanks kohl! We're in the midst of negotiations for a house 2 blocks from beach! But we're all at a standstill :( over price. Hopefully if we cannot reach an agreement - we will find another shore house. In the meantime, I will enjoy what I have:)
